Richmond Theatre is celebrating its 120th anniversary with a behind-the-scenes tour, looking at its history and stunning architecture. It was built in 1899 by renowned theatre architect, Frank Matcham, and is seen as one of his best-preserved theatres. Theatre Director, Brendan Riding, will host the tour, giving an imaginative insight into its creation, its change of names, the war years and the modern era as well, of course, as the shows that have graced its stage for generations.
