Heloise Cotton talks about setting up her new business, Bread and Breakfast, which delivers fresh pastries and bread direct to your door at the weekend:
‘I live in Richmond and started Bread and Breakfast to share my genuine love of a breakfast à la française, with good quality bread and pastries, which I have always found hit and miss on the high street. My husband and I have often talked about how convenient it would be to get fresh bread and croissants delivered early on the weekend, and I realised there was a gap that needed to be addressed. I hope that with my business I can make people’s weekend breakfast a little bit brighter, more enjoyable and taste a whole lot better!’
