Collective Arts – the non-profit, arts for wellbeing organisation – is offering a new evening course, The Creative Wellbeing Project for locals. The course uses positive psychology, creative activity, art therapy and evidence-based visual techniques to enhance wellbeing, trigger insights and re-frame thinking. The course is free for those for residents in SW14, SW13, TW9 and TW10, as places will be funded by the Richmond Parish Lands Charity. No creative or artistic skills are required! The 12-week course starts on Tuesday 21st September, 7-8.30pm. More details at collective-arts.org.
