Free compost caddy liners at libraries
As part of Richmond Council’s plans to encourage more locals to recycle their food waste throughout the borough, free food waste recyclable caddy bags are now available at local libraries. You can also order new kitchen and outside caddies through the website. The collection of food waste has now been extended to blocks of flats with the use of communal food waste recycling containers.
