Geno Washington, still the ultimate 60s soul man, is joined by The YoYo Blues band. Geno now enjoys cult status in soul, blues and R&B thanks to his unsurpassable reputation as a live performer. Back in the day, greats such as Jimi Hendrix, The Small Faces and Georgie Fame were all his support acts and Geno is as electrifying today as ever. In 1980, Dexys Midnight Runners hit Oh Geno! Was based on vocalist Kevin Roland’s memories of Geno’s gigs.
