Open theatre in Kew – join Mowgli on her journey through the jungle as she meets wise Bagheera, the noble Akela and enthusiastic Baloo. Help her to trick the sneaky apes, look out for Kaa the python and, of course, escape the claws of Shere Khan. Tues-Sun, 11am and 2pm. Performances last 70 mins, no interval. Orleans House Gallery
Lots going on throughout the summer, from arts to crafts to the new Family Trail, where children can question, look and create. Paper, pencils and clipboards available. Wetlands Centre Junior Rangers: 23 July – 2 Sept
As a Junior Wetland Ranger you’ll be helping out for keeping all the feathered and furred animals safe and healthy. You’ll be tested your animal knowledge, mess cleaning and more, to see if you’re up to the task! Join Top Trainer Sam Feather and Rookie Ranger Charlie Beak in this fun interactive family session, taking place throughout the summer holiday. Times: 11.30, 12.30, 1.30, 4pm. Lasts 30 mins.
