If you fancy whizzing round the borough at a speedy 12.5 mph, you can now rent an e-scooter as part of a 12 month trial in Richmond. You’ve got a choice of three operators (Dott, Lime and TIER) and you’ll find the scooters parked at various locations across the borough, for instance, Kew Green, North Rd and Station Approach in Kew; Clarence St, Richmond Hill and Sheen Road in Richmond and Heath and London Roads in Twickenham, amongst others. Charges are £1 to activate and then 15p per minute (16p for Lime). More details at richmond.gov.uk website.
