Well done to Richmond Council which has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer. This means that all Council employees will be paid a minimum hourly wage of £10.75, which is higher than the Government’s minimum for over 25s of £8.21. This Accreditation means that new contractors who work for the Council will also pay staff the Living Wage.
