If you love to be inspired by art, why not join award-winning artist, Tim Wright, in a 5-session summer watercolour painting course at the home of JMW Turner, Turner’s House, in Twickenham. Wright is the artist who taught Timothy Spall to paint like the great landscape painter for his role in the critically acclaimed film, Mr Turner. You will learn about Turner’s watercolour technique and his use of landscape whilst studying how to express the qualities of light and colour with different brushes, how to mix colour and tone, how to use paper and exploit its properties. Wright regularly gives lectures about Turner.
