East Sheen is lucky in that most of its streets are lined with beautiful trees. We’ve had amazing weather so far this year, so as summer starts in earnest, please check that the trees in your street are getting enough water. While the Council has a schedule to water borough trees on the streets, this is obviously being affected by pandemic – but the trees still need to drink! It is advised a couple of 5 litre cans every couple of days will really help them survive hot weather. Tap water, rain water and even dishwater is fine to use.
