A local request to raise funds for two youth mental health charities in Richmond Borough has raised an astonishing £100k. The Richmond upon Thames Voluntary Fund, which was set up in February to raise money for specific vulnerable groups, has been delighted by the generosity of locals. The beneficiaries will be Twickenham based charity, Off The Record, and Richmond Borough Mind. Donations to charities have been greatly impacted by the Coronavirus, but organisations like Off The Record, which offers a counselling service to young people, have been working hard to keep their services going.
