This year the Poppy Factory celebrates its centenary. For a century, the factory has helped veterans of war who have suffered mentally or physically, encouraging them to find a new life and supporting them into employment – either within the factory or helping them to find a job suited to their skills. Nearly four in five veterans they support report a mental health condition and almost half have multiple health conditions. They will have a number of events throughout the year, bring their community together to celebrate the contributions of those who have played a role in its history. poppyfactory.org
