Richmond residents now have to book a slot to dump their waste at the Townmead Road Recycling Centre in Kew. If you don’t have an appointment, you’ll be turned away. Most of us have seen the long queues trailing back to Chalkers Corner, so the appointment system makes sense. Appointments can be made up to two weeks in advance.
