Richmond Council is receiving 14 electric cargo bikes to replace journey currently carried out by vehicles as part of its plan to be more environmentally friendly. Departments such as the Council’s Trees and Libraries teams, as well as local organisations such as TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young People and the Environment Trust/Barnes Community Association will be receiving the bikes shortly.
