The Rack Pack Calendar – 12 friends bearing all!
Twelve amazing women who call themselves the ‘ass-kicking breast cancer survivors and thrivers’ have created a fabulous 2026 calendar to raise funds for charity
When Chrissy Taylor, who lives in Wandsworth went for a normal mammogram, she was shocked when the results came back positive for breast cancer. There followed a lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node removal, but results showed further surgery was needed. Radiotherapy came next and then five years on Tamoxifen. ‘The hardest part was all the nervous waiting,’ she says. ‘Waiting for results of tests, the results of the surgeries, waiting to see how much radiotherapy was needed, waiting to see if chemotherapy was necessary. It was really hard. The upside was I realised how precious life is.’
It was Chrissy’s friend Lisa who realised that she had 11 other friends who, at some point had breast cancer and she brought them together to create The Rack Pack calendar (previously called The Shitty Titties!). You can read each woman’s story on the website.
Funds raised will go the Royal Marsden, where Chrissy had all her treatment, and Breast Cancer Now.
The calendars are fun and fabulous – and a brilliant gift! Buy one (or more!) online at just £20 at therackpack.co.uk
